Role Description The Vice President Program Management is a contract, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing complex programs and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role leads cross-functional project teams, sets program priorities, and establishes governance frameworks to drive consistent execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining program scope and objectives, tracking milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and optimizing resource allocation. The Vice President Program Management will collaborate closely with senior leadership to support strategic planning, performance reporting, and continuous improvement. The role also involves mentoring team members, fostering a culture of accountability, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong Program Management and Project Management skills to oversee multi-phase initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
Proven Team Leadership experience to guide cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and build a high-performance culture.
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess program performance, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Strategic Planning capabilities to align programs with organizational objectives and identify long-term improvement opportunities.
Experience in senior leadership or executive-level roles managing large-scale programs or portfolios.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with local and global teams.
Relevant academic background in business, management, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
Familiarity with program management tools, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., PMO frameworks, agile or hybrid approaches).
