Senior Engineer - Western

About the Role
Execute daily site activities as per seniors' instructions and approved drawings. Supervise, plan, sequence and coordinate daily site activity for the commercial building, especially MS steel structure and RCC structure. Supervise new commercial building work from excavation, foundation, RCC and MEP through building finishing until handover. Handle all MEP services (fire fighting, plumbing, electrical) and the chiller system. Work in shifts, as it is an office building extension.
Responsibilities
Execute daily site activities as per seniors' instructions and approved drawings
Supervise, plan, sequence and coordinate daily site activity for the commercial building, especially MS steel structure and RCC structure
Supervise new commercial building work from excavation, foundation, RCC and MEP through building finishing until handover
Handle all MEP services (fire fighting, plumbing, electrical) and the chiller system
Work in shifts, as it is an office building extension
Quality control: material inspection, steel structure, slab reinforcement/casting checks, MEP installation as per approved drawings
Safety oversight: work permits, toolbox meetings, barricading/signage separating the work zone from office areas, fire safety during hot works near a live building
Handle all site work and coordination with contractors, and report progress, risks and delays to management
Qualifications
BE Civil
Required Skills
MS Office and AutoCAD; any specialization will be considered
