We are currently looking for an experienced Onsite Instrument Calibration Engineer to join our team in Malaysia.
🔹 ROLE OVERVIEW
The selected candidate will be responsible for performing routine and scheduled onsite calibration of process and laboratory instruments, equipment, and systems in controlled environments, ensuring accuracy, reliability, safety, and compliance with applicable industry and regulatory standards.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for international exposure and hands-on experience with advanced calibration systems.
🔹 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Diploma: 4–5 years of relevant experience
• B.E. / B.Tech: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Eligible Branches:Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan and execute calibration and testing activities for mechanical and electrical systems
• Perform onsite calibration and generate calibration certificates
• Document calibration results and maintain accurate records
• Analyze deviations and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Troubleshoot instruments and resolve technical issues
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams
• Handle customer coordination at project sites
• Support audits, validations, and continuous improvement of calibration procedures
• Maintain calibration records with strict adherence to NABL requirements
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety protocols and regulatory guidelines
🔹 PROCESS INSTRUMENTS – INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO.
• Pressure Gauges & Pressure Transmitters
• Vacuum Gauges
• Temperature Indicators
• RTDs & Thermocouples
• Flow Meters
• Level Transmitters
🔹 LABORATORY INSTRUMENTS – INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
• Digital Thermometers
• Data Loggers
• pH Meters
• Weighing Balances
• Tachometers
• Lux Meters
• Stopwatches
• Hygrometers
• Pressure Calibrators
🔹 DESIRED SKILLS
• Strong understanding of calibration principles and practices
• Precision instrument handling skills
• Proficiency in calibration documentation and reporting
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite and controlled-environment setting
🔹 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Valid passport is mandatory
• Candidates already possessing a Malaysia visa will have an added advantage
🔹 REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
• Selected candidates will receive additional allowances beyond the base package
• All expenses related to transportation, boarding, and lodging in Malaysia will be covered by the organization.
