Role Description The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will lead and execute data-driven digital marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation for AMplify Infotech and its clients. This full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow involves planning and managing multi-channel campaigns (including social media, search, email, and content marketing), monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing strategies based on analytics. The role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with broader business growth, overseeing content calendars and digital assets, and managing marketing automation workflows. The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will also research market trends and competitor activity, prepare performance reports, and contribute to strategic recommendations for client accounts and internal projects.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in digital marketing strategy, campaign management, and performance optimization across channels such as social media, search, and email.
Skills in content planning and creation, including copywriting, basic design coordination, and maintaining consistent brand messaging.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and lead generation funnels to support scalable customer acquisition and retention.
Ability to analyze marketing data and metrics, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable improvements and reports.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing or analytics are an advantage.
Prior experience in a senior or lead digital marketing role, ideally within consulting, IT services, or growth-focused organizations.
