Pancharatna Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Presales Executive to join our team in Pune.
📍 Location: Symphony IT Park, Nanded City, Pune
💼 Job Role: Presales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for real estate projects.
Explain project details, including location, pricing, amenities, offers, and key benefits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the Sales Team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
🎯 Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Presales, Real Estate, Sales, Telecalling, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM will be an advantage.
Marathi, Hindi, and English communication skills preferred.
Positive attitude and a target-oriented approach.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
