About Us
Expo Advanced Materials Private Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of advanced graphite, carbon-carbon composite (CFC), and high-temperature components for demanding industrial applications.
As we expand our presence in the US and European markets, particularly within the vacuum furnace, heat-treatment, and high-temperature processing industries, we are looking for an energetic and disciplined Export Sales Manager to join our team in Noida.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Identify and connect with relevant decision-makers across purchasing, sourcing, engineering, and management functions
• Introduce Expo Advanced Materials, our manufacturing capabilities, and product portfolio to prospective customers
• Follow up systematically on enquiries, RFQs, quotations, samples, and ongoing discussions
• Maintain regular communication with existing international customers and identify opportunities for repeat business
• Coordinate with our technical, production, and commercial teams to address customer requirements
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and disciplined follow-up schedule
Skills We’re Looking For
We are looking for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, export sales, international business development, or industrial sales.
The ideal candidate should have:
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confidence in cold calling and communicating with international customers
• Strong follow-up discipline and persistence
• Experience dealing with US or European customers would be an advantage
