Process Engineer – Industrial Engineering

We are looking for a Process Engineer – Industrial Engineering to support manufacturing operations, process improvement, productivity enhancement, quality, and process standardization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Prepare and maintain SOPs, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, PFMEA, and other process documents.
Conduct time study, cycle time analysis, line balancing, and manpower optimization.
Monitor key process metrics such as productivity, cycle time, OEE, rejection, and downtime and drive improvement actions.
Provide technical support for NPD, line trials, process validation, and transition from prototype to mass production.
Identify process losses and implement Kaizen, cost-reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, R&D, and other cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
Ensure processes comply with applicable quality, safety, and standard operating requirements.
Analyze production data and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and other Industrial Engineering practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering – Final Year (Pursuing).
Experience in manufacturing/process engineering or industrial engineering.
Good knowledge of SOP, PFMEA, Control Plan, line balancing, time study, and process improvement.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and problem-solving techniques
