Role Description This is a full-time, on-site teaching role based in Murwara for Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor positions in Management, Commerce, and IT. The role involves planning and delivering lectures, seminars, and practical sessions aligned with the curriculum, as well as preparing instructional materials and evaluating student performance. Faculty members are expected to mentor students, support academic advising, and guide projects, internships, and research activities. The position includes participation in curriculum development, academic committees, and institutional initiatives to improve teaching quality and learning outcomes. Responsibilities may also encompass scholarly research, publication, attending academic events, and contributing to accreditation and quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
Advanced academic qualifications (preferably Ph.D. or equivalent) in Management, Commerce, IT, or a closely related discipline; minimum of a relevant postgraduate degree as per regulatory norms.
Demonstrated teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level, with the ability to deliver clear, structured, and engaging lectures and practical sessions.
Research orientation with a record of publications, paper presentations, or active participation in academic conferences and workshops.
Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and support inclusive education.
Proficiency in using educational technology, learning management systems, and digital tools to enhance teaching and assessment.
Commitment to academic integrity, student mentoring, continuous learning, and collaborative work with colleagues and administration.
Familiarity with current trends in Management, Commerce, and IT education, and openness to industry collaboration and interdisciplinary initiatives.
Eligibility and experience aligned with relevant regulatory and accreditation guidelines (e.g., university or statutory body norms) for Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor appointments.
