HR Operations & Strategic Execution
• Define, execute, periodically review, modify, and implement HR strategies, policies, and SOPs across the organization
• Lead day-to-day HR operations across corporate and factory locations
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR processes and governance standards
• Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational structuring
• Drive organisation wide adoption and disciplined usage of HRMS software for all HR processes, data accuracy, and governance
HR Team Leadership & Capability Building
• Lead, manage, and develop the HR team
• Allocate responsibilities, set priorities, and ensure timely execution of HR deliverables
• Coach and mentor HR team members to build functional and leadership capability
• Drive accountability, performance standards, and continuous improvement within the HR team
Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
• Lead employee relations across corporate and factory units
• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Understand employee needs, concerns, and expectations while ensuring fairness, discipline, and policy adherence
• Support industrial relations, union interactions, and contract labor matters
• Ensure harmonious employee relations and workplace discipline
Compensation, Benefits & Rewards
• Manage compensation administration including increments, promotions, and revisions
• Support payroll governance and benefits administration
• Implement rewards and recognition programs aligned with performance
• Ensure fair, competitive, and compliant compensation practices
Performance Management & Talent Development
• Drive performance management processes including KRAs, KPIs, and appraisals
• Support career progression planning and succession initiatives
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
• Coach and guide managers on people performance matters
Recruitment & Workforce Enablement
• Oversee recruitment execution in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team
• Ensure timely hiring aligned with organisational requirements and workforce plans
• Lead and support hiring for senior and critical positions
• Support onboarding, induction, and effective workforce integration
Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, Factory Act, and statutory requirements
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and statutory filings
• Mitigate HR-related risks and ensure legal compliance
HR Analytics & Leadership Reporting
• Review HR MIS, dashboards, and compliance reports
• Track attrition, productivity, engagement, and cost metrics
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and leadership Culture,

• Build and sustain a positive, values-driven organisational culture across all levels
• Promote employee engagement, trust, ownership, and alignment with organisational values
• Strengthen communication, transparency, and collaboration between employees and management
Graduate with MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
Experience : 10 to 13 years of experience in HR Function
Strong hands-on experience with HRMS / ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Keka, Zoho, or similar) and MS Office, especially Excel
• Sound understanding of end-to-end HR processes, policies, and statutory compliance
• Proven experience in employee relations, grievance handling, discipline management, and people governance
• Exposure to performance management systems (KRA/KPI), compensation & benefits, and rewards & recognition
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
