📋 Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Monitor work progress as per approved drawings and project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
Ensure proper execution of civil, finishing, and other construction works.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with safety practices.
Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain site records.
Report site issues, delays, and material requirements to the Project Manager.
Coordinate with consultants and other project stakeholders.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering / Civil Construction preferred.
3–5 years of experience in residential building construction.
Experience in high-rise residential projects will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of civil and finishing works.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong knowledge of site execution and quality control.
Willingness to work full-time at the Virar project site.
