Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jaipur, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. This role involves planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms, managing day-to-day account activity, and optimizing posts for reach and engagement. The team member will monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align social media initiatives with brand and marketing objectives, manage community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and support digital campaigns, promotions, and partnerships. The role also includes staying current with platform trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand voice relevant and consistent.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for managing platforms and improving reach and engagement.
Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy capabilities to plan, organize, and optimize content that aligns with brand and campaign goals.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for audience engagement and internal collaboration.
Candidates should possess a foundation in Digital Marketing, including basic understanding of online advertising, analytics, and performance tracking.
Relevant experience in managing brand social media accounts or campaigns, preferably within an agency or marketing environment.
Ability to use social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, basic reporting dashboards).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Comfort working in a hybrid setup based in Jaipur, with reliability in both in-office and remote work settings.
A degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory; equivalent practical experience is valued.
