Ltd. is a fractional real estate platform in India that enables individuals to invest in premium properties through its mobile app. Investors can purchase fractional ownership units, called blocs, starting at accessible ticket sizes, with all documentation and management handled digitally.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can transform ideas into engaging user interfaces and seamless experiences. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design solutions that balance aesthetics, usability, and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
User research: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs.
Wireframing & prototyping: Create low- and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Visual design: Develop clean, modern, and consistent UI elements aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
Continuous improvement: Iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
Requirements
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
