Social Media Marketing Specialist

If your screen time is 10+ hours, you know every trending audio before it blows up, and you're the friend who says, "Wait, let's shoot this", we should probably talk.
What you'll do:
* Coordinate with creators, models, and the production team.
* Be present on shoot days and ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Capture BTS content and help create content on the go.
* Manage day-to-day social media execution across brands.
* Brainstorm content ideas, trends, and campaign concepts.
* Stay updated with the latest trends across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
* Coordinate with editors to ensure content is delivered on time.
You're a great fit if you:
* Have 4+ years of experience in social media or content marketing.
* Live and breathe social media.
* Are comfortable coordinating with people and handling shoots.
* Don't mind stepping in front of the camera when the content needs it.
* Can think creatively and solve problems on the spot.
* Love fast-paced environments where no two days are the same.
* Have good communication and organizational skills.
* Location: Surat (Work from Office + Shoot Days)
