Work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood, prioritized, and delivered effectively.
Support solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
Monitor project progress, provide regular stakeholder updates, and help resolve functional issues.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and adopt best practices.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to create user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Good understanding of technology concepts and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
