Role Description The Architect role at Spiralcon General Dealers is a part-time remote position responsible for designing and overseeing architectural solutions that align with business and technical needs. On a day-to-day basis, the Architect will develop architectural designs, prepare conceptual and detailed plans, and ensure that solutions are well-integrated across systems and processes. The role includes collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business objectives into technical architectures, and coordinating with software development teams to guide implementation. The Architect will review project progress, mitigate risks, and maintain documentation and standards to support consistent delivery. This position also involves participating in project meetings, providing expert guidance, and continuously improving architecture practices and frameworks.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including the ability to create clear, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration skills to ensure designs can be implemented effectively and systems operate cohesively.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan work, coordinate stakeholders, and monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Relevant academic background in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working remotely, with demonstrated self-management, time management, and communication skills across distributed teams.
Proficiency with design and modeling tools (e.g., CAD, BIM, or system architecture tools) and familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
Ability to analyze complex requirements, solve problems pragmatically, and present technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Prior experience in multi-disciplinary or cross-functional projects and an interest in continuous learning and professional development.
