Independent Business Development Partner – Contract Manufacturing

Excellerate Innovation Labs Pvt. Ltd. (EILPL) is building its Contract Manufacturing and Private Label business across India and international markets.
We are looking for Independent Business Development Partners who can identify and introduce genuine business opportunities from their existing professional and business networks.
This is an independent, performance-linked opportunity, not a conventional fixed-salary sales position.
Products / Manufacturing Categories
Car Fragrance — Premium car perfume sprays, hanging fragrances, gel, organic blocks, new formats
Home Fragrance — room sprays, home perfumes, diffusers and related formats
Fabric & Linen Fragrance — fabric/linen mists
Candles & Wax Products — candles, wax sachets and fragrance wax formats
Corporate & Promotional Gifting — customised fragrance products and gift sets
Private Label / OEM — customised products developed and manufactured for brands
Our partners can introduce brands looking for any of the above products, customised formulations, private-label manufacturing or OEM solutions.
What you will do
You will identify companies, brands and organisations that are looking for:
• Contract manufacturing
• Private-label products
• Customised products
• Product development
• Fragrance and lifestyle products
• Corporate gifting solutions
• OEM / customised manufacturing
You will introduce relevant decision-makers to EILPL and assist in developing the business relationship.
EILPL will take responsibility for product development, sampling, technical discussions, manufacturing, quality and order execution.

Earnings
This is a performance-linked opportunity with commission on eligible business generated and successfully realised, subject to EILPL's partner terms.
There is no fixed monthly salary.
The opportunity can be particularly attractive for professionals who already have strong industry relationships and want to monetise their network without taking up a conventional full-time role.
