Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role located in Madhuravoyal. The Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel, including tours, flights, hotels, and transportation. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, suggesting suitable travel options, preparing itineraries, and managing reservations and documentation. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external partners, handling changes and cancellations, and ensuring accurate records of bookings and payments. The Travel Consultant is expected to provide courteous, informed customer service and contribute to the efficiency and reputation of Indian Rounds.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Arrangements to design tailored itineraries and package solutions.
Candidates should possess skills in Travel Management to oversee bookings, schedules, and changes efficiently.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
Candidates should possess Reservations skills to handle flight, hotel, and transport bookings accurately.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clients and partners.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with travel booking systems or related software.
Prior experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred; relevant certification or diploma in travel management is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Madhuravoyal, manage time effectively, and handle multiple bookings and requests.
