HouseKeeping Executive

Role Description-
This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeping Executive role based in Karnataka, India. The Housekeeping Executive will oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of facilities, including production areas, offices, common spaces, washrooms, and storage areas, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include planning and assigning housekeeping tasks, monitoring the use and inventory of cleaning materials and equipment, and ensuring compliance with company SOPs and relevant health and safety guidelines. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, providing on-the-job guidance, and coordinating with other departments to support smooth operations and readiness for inspections or audits. The Housekeeping Executive will also address housekeeping-related service requests, respond to concerns promptly, and contribute to continuous improvement of cleanliness and facility upkeep.
Qualifications
Housekeeping, including knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
Strong Organization Skills and attention to detail, with the ability to plan schedules and manage housekeeping inventories.
Effective Communication skills to interact with internal teams and respond to facility needs professionally.
Experience in Training housekeeping staff and supporting adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
Prior experience in housekeeping within industrial, manufacturing, or commercial facilities preferred (Min. 2-4 years)
Basic understanding of occupational health, safety, and hygiene practices; familiarity with food-related environments is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site with flexibility for shifts as required by operations.
Minimum secondary school education; vocational certification in housekeeping, facility management, or related field is an added benefit.
