Role Description The Volunteer role at Virseis is a full-time, on-site position based in Tamil Nadu, India. In this role, the volunteer will support various IT, branding, digital marketing, and content-related initiatives under the guidance of senior team members. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with basic IT and administrative tasks, helping gather and organize project requirements, supporting content creation and social media activities, and contributing to research for client solutions. The volunteer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in internal meetings, and help ensure that project deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with client needs. This position offers exposure to real-world projects and an opportunity to learn best practices in technology and marketing within a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Basic understanding or strong interest in IT, web technologies, or digital tools, with a willingness to learn on the job.
Interest in branding, digital marketing, or social media management, including familiarity with common platforms and content trends.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to draft simple content, organize information, and follow instructions clearly.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks responsibly.
Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and internet research.
Educational background in IT, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (completed or currently pursuing) is an advantage but not mandatory.
Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and genuine interest in gaining hands-on experience in IT and digital marketing services.
