Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role oversees the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding processes. The Human Resources Manager will design and implement HR policies aligned with local labor regulations and company standards, while ensuring consistent and fair application across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, handling employee relations matters, managing compensation and benefits administration, and supporting training and development initiatives. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR records, preparing HR reports, and driving HR projects that support organizational effectiveness and a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding to manage hiring needs and ensure a smooth integration of new team members.
Experience in performance management, goal-setting processes, and feedback systems to support employee growth and organizational objectives.
Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling to foster a respectful and inclusive work environment.
Knowledge of compensation, benefits administration, and HR operations, including HRIS tools and documentation practices.
Solid understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance in India, particularly applicable to the finance sector.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or relevant certification is an advantage.
Prior experience in an HR managerial or senior HR generalist role, preferably in finance or a related industry.
