What you’ll be responsible for:
📞 Sales & Client Conversion
Make outbound calls to potential clients
Understand client requirements and pitch our services
Follow up consistently and convert leads into clients
Maintain strong client relationships
👥 Team & HR Management
Manage and coordinate the internal team
Handle basic HR activities and employee coordination
Track team performance and productivity
Help build a disciplined, positive work culture
We’re looking for someone who:
Has strong communication & convincing skills
Is confident on sales calls
Has a proven ability to convert leads
Can take ownership and work independently
Has leadership/team-handling skills
Has experience in sales, business development, HR, or team management
