Senior Java Developer (m/f/d) - 100% Remote
Your Daily Tasks
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for HR ATS and CRM using Java and Kotlin, Spring boot & Spring Framework.
Build robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and Dev Ops engineers.
Optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with front-end components.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
Conduct unit testing and participate in integration testing to ensure application stability.
Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Document technical processes, designs, and system configurations.
Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously improve the development process.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in backend development with proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and its ecosystem.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design principles.
Familiarity with SQL/No SQL databases (e.g., My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB).
Languages with Git or other version control systems.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
