Role Description
Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing end-to-end video workflows.Proficiency in Video Color Grading to achieve consistent and high-quality visual output.
Expertise in Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating engaging animations and visual elements.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and deliver projects within deadlines.Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Relevant education or training in film, animation, design, media, or a related field is preferred.Portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and color grading work required.
Qualifications
Motion Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Production skills
Graphic Design and Graphics skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong sense of visual storytelling and composition
Experience with 2D and 3D animation techniques
Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or related field
Experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry is a plus
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in graphic design (BFA/MFA), Arts, or similar discipline
· Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
· 2+ years’ experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, CorelDraw etc.
· Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
