Job Title: Human Resources Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment across departments (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions.
Use multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social platforms, and internal referrals.
Manage recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and maintain databases.
Provide timely updates and communication to candidates for a smooth hiring experience.
Drive volume hiring when required, and close positions within timelines.
Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
Contribute to recruitment strategy and process improvements.
