Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Gurugram. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze real estate and business performance data to generate insights that support strategic decision-making and client advisory services. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards and reports, performing statistical and trend analyses, and developing data models related to pricing, demand, and investment returns. The role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations and presenting clear, concise insights to stakeholders. The Data Analyst will also help improve data quality, streamline reporting processes, and contribute to forecasting and market intelligence initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and Data Modeling to support forecasting, segmentation, and performance measurement.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience working with business, finance, or real estate data, including market research and performance analytics, is an advantage.
Ability to work with large datasets, attention to detail, and a commitment to data accuracy and ethical data practices are important.
