Role Description The Assistant General Manager B2B Sales and Marketing is a full-time remote role responsible for driving business growth through corporate, travel trade, and institutional partnerships. This role oversees B2B sales planning, lead generation, and conversion across domestic and international markets, ensuring consistent occupancy and revenue for Tathastu Resorts. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing B2B sales and marketing strategies, managing key accounts, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with operations and reservations teams to deliver seamless experiences for partners and guests. The role also involves analyzing market trends, tracking performance metrics, optimizing digital and offline marketing campaigns for B2B audiences, and representing the brand in industry events and virtual client meetings. The Assistant General Manager will mentor the sales team, uphold brand standards, and collaborate closely with leadership on pricing, promotions, and long-term business development initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong B2B sales and account management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and relationship building with corporate and trade partners.
Experience in marketing strategy and campaign execution for B2B audiences, preferably within hospitality, travel, or leisure sectors.
Solid analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, forecast performance, and recommend data-driven actions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across remote and on-site teams.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic productivity software; familiarity with digital marketing channels and B2B outreach platforms is an advantage.
Proven experience in a sales or marketing leadership role, ideally at assistant manager or manager level, with measurable success in revenue growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field;
