About the Role
Ecospace Furniture Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Planning Manager to manage production planning, material coordination and project execution for furniture and interior projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, efficient resource utilization and timely production delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily/weekly production activities.
- Convert AutoCAD/design drawings into BOQ and production requirements.
- Break down requirements into Panels, Hardware, Accessories & Finishing Materials.
- Prepare and maintain Production Sheets, Cutting Lists & Material Plans.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Installation & Sales teams.
- Monitor production progress, material availability and project timelines.
- Identify delays or bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure production is aligned with project specifications, quality standards and deadlines.
- Support process improvements for better productivity and resource utilization.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Planning / Production Planning.
- Experience in Furniture, Interior or Manufacturing preferred.
- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or relevant field.
- Good understanding of BOQ, production breakdown and furniture manufacturing processes.
- Strong planning, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced factory environment.
