Catframes Studios is a creative production house working with leading beauty and lifestyle brands to create high-quality content, campaigns, product shoots, model shoots, DVCs and digital assets.
We are looking for a Social Media Executive who is plugged into what’s happening on social media, understands content beyond just posting, and can help build Catframes' digital presence while also handling social media and influencer marketing for our brand clients.
What You’ll Do
Social Media
Manage the day-to-day social media presence of Catframes Studios and assigned brand accounts.
Plan and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram and other relevant platforms.
Ideate reels, posts, stories, trends and social-first content.
Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral formats, memes, audio, creators and emerging content styles.
Write captions, copy and creative briefs that are engaging and brand-appropriate.
Coordinate with the creative, production and design teams to get content executed on time.
Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports with insights and recommendations.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach and follower growth.
Influencer Marketing
Research and identify relevant influencers and creators based on campaign requirements.
Build and maintain influencer databases.
Coordinate with influencers from initial outreach to negotiations, briefs, content submission and posting.
Communicate campaign requirements clearly and ensure timely deliverables.
Track influencer deliverables, performance and campaign results.
Stay updated on emerging creators and relevant influencer trends.
For Catframes & Our Clients
Understand different brand identities and adapt content accordingly.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and social media concepts.
Assist in developing social media strategies for beauty, lifestyle and other consumer brands.
Work closely with the production and creative teams to bring social-first ideas to life.
Who We’re Looking For
0–1.5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing or a similar role.
Freshers with strong knowledge of social media and a good creative eye are welcome to apply.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories and current social media trends.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Good writing and captioning skills.
Someone who naturally spends time on social media and understands what makes content work.
Creative thinker who can come up with ideas rather than simply execute instructions.
Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram Insights or other social media tools is a plus.
Prior experience with influencer outreach/coordination is a plus.

📍 Location: Mumbai
This is a Work From Office role.
Only candidates currently based in Mumbai should apply.
Candidates from outside Mumbai who are not currently based in Mumbai will not be considered.
