My Health School is looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical roles across My Health School and Integfarms.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Coordinate interviews and hiring with stakeholders
• Draft and post job descriptions
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
• Work closely with HR and leadership on hiring requirements
• Track recruitment metrics and support onboarding
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment
• Strong experience in end-to-end / full-cycle recruitment
• Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
• Good understanding of Non-IT / functional recruitment
• Experience with job portals, ATS, and professional networking platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Healthcare, wellness, or education recruitment experience is an advantage
