Role Description The Sales Assistant role at NEXTGEN CARDS is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra. The Sales Assistant will support daily sales operations by engaging with customers in-store, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable products and customization options. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with inventory organization and display arrangements. The role also involves coordinating with the design and production teams, following up on orders, and contributing to promotional activities and local outreach. The Sales Assistant is expected to uphold high standards of customer service and represent the brand professionally.
