PROJECT INTERN – FINANCE & ORGANIZATIONAL EFFICIENCY
Global Contriver (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated and analytical individual for a 03-month fixed-term Project Internship supporting a special consulting assignment involving a garment manufacturing organization operating under the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka.
Project Focus
The project focuses on reviewing and improving financial and organizational procedures, strengthening internal processes, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Key Areas of Exposure
The selected intern will support the consulting team in:
- Reviewing existing financial and organizational processes
- Process mapping and documentation
- Development and improvement of SOPs
- Identifying process gaps and operational inefficiencies
- Supporting organizational procedure development
- KPI and performance monitoring
- Financial and operational data analysis
- Preparation of management reports and project documentation
- Supporting process improvement and efficiency optimization initiatives
- Coordinating information across different functional areas
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are pursuing or have recently completed studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline
- Have a strong interest in management consulting, finance, process improvement and organizational development
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general business applications
- Have strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Are willing to learn and work in a professional consulting environment
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
