Role Description The Asset Management Specialist is a part-time remote role responsible for monitoring and optimizing the performance of real estate assets and related investments. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing asset portfolios, preparing performance reports, and supporting decisions on acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to communicate financial insights, track key metrics, and ensure asset strategies align with organizational objectives. The specialist will also assist with forecasting, risk assessment, and maintaining accurate documentation and records for asset management activities.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate asset performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
Effective Communication abilities to present insights, collaborate with team members, and prepare clear reports.
Knowledge of Investments and Asset Management to support portfolio optimization and strategic planning.
Understanding of Finance principles to interpret financial statements, cash flows, and investment returns.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial modeling tools; experience with asset management or real estate software is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in real estate, investment analysis, or asset management is an advantage.
