💼 About the Role
We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and proactive Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence, generate quality leads, and support business growth.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Plan and manage digital and offline marketing activities.
Generate and nurture quality leads through various marketing channels.
Coordinate with the Sales & Business Development teams to improve lead conversion.
Manage social media platforms, content, promotions, and brand communication.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, events, and other marketing initiatives.
Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and marketing ROI.
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and other external partners.
Prepare regular marketing reports and performance analysis for management.
Identify new marketing channels and continuously improve customer engagement.
