Role Description The Human Resources Executive at PREDM will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, documentation, attendance and leave management, and HR records maintenance. This role will support employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Executive will assist in implementing and updating HR policies, coordinating performance management processes, and supporting recruitment activities such as screening candidates and scheduling interviews. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, assisting in payroll-related coordination, and preparing periodic HR reports for management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR initiatives.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including documentation, onboarding, attendance management, and HR data handling.
Skilled in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle queries, support conflict resolution, and foster an inclusive work environment.
Knowledge of HR Policies, regulatory compliance, and basic labor law requirements, with experience in policy implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related systems or tools; comfort working with spreadsheets and HR databases.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in real estate or project-based organizations is beneficial but not mandatory.
