About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across key HR functions and contribute to building a positive employee experience.

Stakeholder Management and Employee Query Resolution
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
Exposure to Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Compliance, or Payroll
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Experience in HR Analytics/MIS reporting will be an added advantage
