We are looking for a conceptualizer who has created ideas for launches, brand activations, dealer meets, exhibitions or corporate events and seen them through to execution. If your background is outside events and experiential marketing, this role is not the right fit.
WHO WE ARE
Wonder Werkz is a 360-degree marketing and experiential agency based in Delhi. We work with premium and luxury brands including Lamborghini, Aston Martin, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari, Rolls-Royce and Hero MotoCorp, along with brands like Fujifilm, Bombay Shaving Company, Honeywell and Shapoorji Pallonji. Our work covers product launches, drive events, gala evenings, dealer meets, exhibitions, mall activations, retail branding and merchandising. With in-house fabrication, what you design gets built by our own team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Turn client briefs into original concepts, themes and guest journeys for launches, experiential events, activations and exhibitions
- Build pitch decks and concept presentations with the client servicing team
- Design stall layouts, set-ups, display concepts and branding treatments that our production and fabrication teams can build
- Develop ideas across formats: luxury launches, drive events, mall kiosks, RWA and college activations, dealer meets and hybrid events
- Work with designers to create 2D/3D visuals, mood boards and layouts
- Keep concepts within budget and production feasibility, working with operations and vendors
- Visit sites and support on-ground execution when needed
- Track trends, technology and new formats to keep ideas fresh
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- [2-5] years as a conceptualizer, creative executive or event designer in an event, BTL or experiential agency
- A portfolio or sample decks showing events or activations you conceptualized
- Strong knowledge of launches, corporate events, MICE, activations, exhibitions and retail or display set-ups
- Proficiency in PowerPoint; working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw or 3ds Max is a strong plus
- Strong communication and the confidence to pitch ideas to clients
- A practical understanding of production, fabrication and budgets
- A graduate degree in event management, mass communication, design, marketing or a related field
- A professional, disciplined approach with good corporate work etiquette
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience with automotive, luxury or premium brands
- Experience with BTL and multi-city activations
- Exposure to scripting, show flow or stage and stall design
