Shree Chlorates is a growing chemical manufacturing organization engaged in the manufacture and supply of high-quality specialty chemicals and allied products. We are looking for a 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐑 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to manage and strengthen the company's human resources function.
The role will have primary responsibility for 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐇𝐑 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐏𝐅 & 𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐂 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐑 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in a 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥, 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 and the ability to independently manage HR activities while working closely with management, plant teams, and functional heads.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
• Oversee payroll, attendance, leave and employee records
• Ensure timely PF, ESIC and statutory compliance
• Manage labour law and factory-related compliance
• Handle employee relations, grievances and HR administration
• Maintain HR MIS, documentation and management reports
• Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
• Coordinate with consultants, auditors and statutory authorities
𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
• 5–8 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐇𝐑 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
• Prior experience in 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 / 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝
• Strong hands-on knowledge of recruitment, payroll and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
