Digital Doctor Clinic is operating under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Uttar Pradesh to establish Digital Doctor Clinics across rural villages. Our mission is to make qualified healthcare available to every citizen by enabling villagers to consult MBBS doctors from their own Gram Panchayats through digital healthcare technology.

Job Title: Coordinator (Operation Departemnt)– Digital Doctor Clinic
Job Summary:
The Coordinator – Digital Doctor Clinic is responsible for managing communication with clinic representatives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and resolving queries related to the Digital Doctor platform. The role requires strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clinic representatives.
Respond to and resolve clinic queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Provide guidance and support to clinics regarding platform usage and operational processes.
Maintain accurate records of queries, complaints, and resolutions.
Follow up with clinics to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clinic representatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in customer support, coordination, healthcare operations, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/support tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
