About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role involves assisting customers and professionals, responding to queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout their engagement with our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through email, WhatsApp, phone, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information regarding certifications, programs, registration, examinations, and related processes.
Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of their queries.
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements and issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Assist customers throughout the registration, enrollment, and certification process.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Ensure professional, courteous, and timely communication with customers.
Support customer engagement and contribute to a positive overall customer experience.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, operations, or a related role.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable communicating through email, WhatsApp, and phone.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple customer queries and follow-ups effectively.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
