Role Description This is a remote, contract Consultant role focused on delivering specialized advice and support to clients. Day-to-day work includes assessing client needs, gathering and analyzing information, and developing recommendations and action plans. The Consultant will prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations, and participate in virtual meetings and workshops with client teams. The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and adjusting approaches based on feedback and evolving requirements. The Consultant is expected to work independently, maintain regular communication, and ensure that agreed deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
Qualifications
Ability to conduct structured research, analyze data, and synthesize findings into practical recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including creating clear reports, presentations, and client-facing documents.
Experience managing projects or workstreams, including planning tasks, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, using digital collaboration tools and maintaining professional responsiveness.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify issues, evaluate options, and propose effective solutions.
Experience in consulting, advisory, or similar client-facing roles is beneficial.
Relevant academic background (e.g., business, management, social sciences, or a related field) or equivalent professional experience.
Comfort working with diverse clients and industries, and adapting approaches to different organizational contexts.
