Role Description The Admin and Accounts Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for supporting both administrative and accounting operations.
This role includes handling petty cash, managing vendor and client invoices, assisting with GST-related documentation, and maintaining accurate records in accounting software.
The executive will prepare and update basic financial statements, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and support finance-related reporting and compliance. Day-to-day tasks also involve managing office documentation, organizing files, general administration activities, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role requires attention to detail, timely follow-up, and effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong finance and accounting knowledge, including experience with financial statements and basic financial analysis.
Candidates should possess practical skills in accounting software and petty cash management for day-to-day transactions and record-keeping.
Candidates should possess familiarity with Goods and Services Tax (GST), including billing, documentation, and compliance support.
Candidates should possess good administrative and organizational skills, including document management, scheduling, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Relevant academic background in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), numerical accuracy, and data entry skills are beneficial.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Prior experience in an apparel manufacturing or similar industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
