As we continue expanding our network across India, we are looking for a dynamic HR – Recruitment professional who can attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across both medical and non-medical functions.
Role Overview
The Recruitment professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition across the organization, including clinical, healthcare, corporate, operations, marketing, sales, and leadership hiring.
The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience handling large-scale recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment for medical and non-medical positions across the organisation.
Experience 3 years+ in the recruitment
Hire doctors, healthcare professionals, nurses, patient coordinators, operations staff, sales teams, corporate functions, and leadership roles.
Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, recruitment partners, and networking channels.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with department heads and leadership teams.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Medical Recruitment
Recruit specialists, consultants, doctors, clinical staff, nurses, therapists, and healthcare professionals.
Coordinate credential verification and documentation processes.
Work closely with medical leadership to understand workforce requirements.
Non-Medical Recruitment
Recruit talent across HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Administration, IT, and Business Development functions.
Support expansion hiring for new centres and corporate offices.
Employer Branding & Talent Strategy
Manage job postings across recruitment platforms.
Build CHC's employer brand to attract top healthcare and corporate talent.
Drive employee referral programs and recruitment campaigns.
Participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and hiring initiatives.
Recruitment Reporting
Maintain hiring dashboards, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
Track hiring metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and recruitment costs.
Provide regular hiring updates to leadership and department heads.
Candidate Profile Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline.
3–8 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Experience in healthcare, hospitals, diagnostics, wellness, or healthcare startups will be preferred.
