Roles
.Statutory Compliance Management
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and factory regulations.
Maintain statutory registers, records, and notices as required under applicable laws.
Monitor compliance related to:
Factories Act
Industrial Relations Code
Occupational Safety, Health & Working Conditions Code
Code on Wages
Social Security Code
Contract Labour regulations
Apprenticeship regulations
Coordinate with consultants for statutory filings and updates.
2. PF, ESIC & Labour Compliance
Verify and submit monthly PF and ESIC data.
Ensure timely deposit of PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory contributions.
Handle employee registration, exits,
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive Human Resources role based in Ahmedabad, India. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and ensuring effective HR management practices. Knowledge of developing and executing HR Policies in alignment with organizational goals
Understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
