Role Description: We are seeking for an experienced Chartered Accountant as the Finance and Accounts Manager to manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, audit, taxation, statutory compliance, treasury, and MIS. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing the finance and accounting functions of a diversified group of companies across multiple business entities with strong knowledge of Ind AS, ERP systems, and financial compliance.Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting & Reporting:· Manage complete accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.· Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.· Prepare and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements.· Perform ledger scrutiny, account reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules.· Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards (Ind AS preferred).Audit & Finalization:· Independently handle statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, and other regulatory audits.· Coordinate with auditors and resolve audit observations efficiently.· Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and financial disclosures.· Ensure timely closure of audit requirements and regulatory filings. Real Estate Accounting:· Account for project costs, land acquisitions, construction expenses, and project profitability.· Monitor project-wise budgets and cost allocations.· Track customer receivables, advances, retention money, and project cash flows.Investment Accounting:· Accounting and valuation of investments, mutual funds, bonds, equity instruments, and group investments.· Reconciliation of investment portfolios and income accounting.· Preparation of MIS and investment performance reports.Taxation & Compliance:· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.· Liaise with consultants and regulatory authorities as required.Treasury & Banking:· Manage banking transactions, fund positioning, and payment controls.· Assist in cash flow planning and working capital management.MIS & Business Support· Prepare monthly MIS, management reports, and variance analysis.· Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning exercises.· Provide analytical insights to management for decision-making.Technical Skills:· Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards / Ind AS.· Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act provisions.· Advanced Excel skills.· Experience with ERP systems
