Role Description The Founder role at TurnAround Experts is a full-time, on-site position based in Sidhpur. The Founder will define the organization’s vision, strategy, and service offerings, and lead the development of client relationships and partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting business goals, overseeing operations, coordinating with advisors or team members, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. The role involves creating processes, managing budgets, and establishing performance metrics to guide the company’s growth. The Founder will also represent the organization in the local business community, identify new market opportunities, and build a workplace culture rooted in integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong strategic thinking and business planning abilities, including experience defining vision, goals, and growth strategies.
Proficiency in operational management, such as process design, performance tracking, and resource allocation.
Demonstrated capability in financial oversight, including budgeting, cost control, and basic financial analysis.
Effective relationship-building and communication skills for engaging clients, partners, and team members.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing conditions.
Experience in consulting, business turnaround, or organizational development is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
