Technical Project Manager – ELV & Security Systems
Rudra Shield Private Limited is hiring an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead CCTV, access control, biometric, fire alarm, structured cabling and networking projects. The candidate will guide our field team, resolve technical escalations, manage large-site execution and support the sales team in converting major opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and technically guide ELV engineers, technicians and site teams
• Conduct surveys at commercial, residential and industrial sites
• Design suitable solutions and prepare BOQs, layouts, network topology and execution plans
• Plan manpower, materials, tools, project timelines and daily site activities
• Manage installation, testing, commissioning, documentation and client handover
• Resolve complex technical issues and client escalations
• Ensure installation quality and control delays, rework and material wastage
• Attend important client meetings and explain proposed technical solutions
• Support the sales team with solution design, quotations, presentations and conversion of large projects
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, OEMs, procurement and internal teams
• Train team members and establish SOPs, installation standards and quality checklists
Requirements
• Minimum 2- 5 years of experience in ELV, CCTV or electronic security projects
• Proven experience leading technicians or site teams
• Strong knowledge of IP cameras, NVR/DVR/VMS, switches, routers, PoE, fibre and structured cabling
• Working knowledge of access control, biometric and fire alarm systems
• Experience in site surveys, BOQ preparation, system design and project execution
• Ability to calculate camera storage, bandwidth, power and networking requirements
• Strong troubleshooting, leadership and client-handling skills
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Computer Science or a related field
• Willingness to travel to client sites across Delhi NCR
Candidates must have hands-on project execution and team-management experience. Profiles limited primarily to CCTV monitoring or desktop support may not be suitable for this position.
