Out of Context Marketing is the agency that already worked, turned into software. For six years we ran creator campaigns for brands by hand. Now the whole thing is a platform: brands post a campaign, get matched with verified creators on real signals, and run it end to end in one place.
The platform is built. What it needs now is brands on it. That is this role.
What you will do
Find D2C and consumer brands that already spend on creators, or obviously should, and get them on a call.
Run the demo, get the first campaign posted, and stay with the brand until it goes live.
Tell us bluntly what brands object to, so we can fix it.
Build your own pipeline. Nobody hands you a lead list and a script.
Who this suits
You have sold something before: agency services, SaaS, ad inventory, anything where a founder or marketing head had to say yes.
You understand creator marketing well enough that nobody needs to explain UGC to you.
You write short, clean messages that get replies.
You are fine being judged on brands signed, not hours logged.
How it pays
This role is commission-led. You earn on every brand you bring on, and the structure is discussed openly on the first call. If you need a fixed salary from day one, this is not the right role, and we would rather say that here than on call three.
How it works
Remote, anywhere in India. Small team, no layers: you work directly with the founder. English is the working language.
