Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Artificial Intelligence role based in Gurugram. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing AI and machine learning models to address business and product needs. Day-to-day tasks include data exploration, feature engineering, model training and evaluation, and integrating AI solutions into production systems in collaboration with engineering teams. The position also includes researching new algorithms and tools, preparing clear documentation, and presenting findings to stakeholders in a structured, accessible way. The individual will work closely with cross-functional colleagues to refine requirements, ensure model performance, and support ongoing maintenance and improvement of AI-driven features.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling, including experience with common frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Proficiency in programming for AI development, preferably in Python, along with familiarity with data processing libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas) and API integration.
Experience with data handling and analysis, including data cleaning, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, and working with structured and unstructured datasets.
Knowledge of model deployment practices, such as building reproducible pipelines, working with containerization (e.g., Docker), and collaborating with software engineers for production integration.
Ability to conduct technical research, evaluate academic and industry literature, and translate findings into practical implementation strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in building AI solutions for real-world products or platforms is preferred; familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is an advantage.
