Venture Capital Intern

Oncor Capital is looking for a motivated Venture Capital Intern to join our growing angel investing and startup fundraising advisory practice. This is a great opportunity for someone curious about early-stage investing to get hands-on exposure to deal sourcing, diligence, and founder engagement.
Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing and screening early-stage startup deals across sectors
Support due diligence, including market research and competitive analysis
Help prepare investment memos and pitch summaries for the investment team
Track portfolio company updates and maintain deal pipeline records
Assist with outreach to founders, co-investors, and industry contacts
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
Strong interest in venture capital, startups, and early-stage investing
Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus
Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
