About the Role
Kundli King is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller with prior experience in Astrology, Vedic Astrology, Horoscope Consultation, or related fields.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers over the phone, understanding their concerns, explaining astrology-related services, and converting enquiries into consultations or services.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
* Handle incoming customer calls and provide relevant information.
* Understand customers' requirements related to astrology and horoscope services.
* Explain Kundli, horoscope, astrology consultations, and other services offered by Kundli King.
* Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
* Convert leads into paid consultations/services through effective communication.
* Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up status.
* Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a good customer experience.
* Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.
* Prior experience in Astrology, Vedic Astrology, Horoscope, Kundli, Tarot, or a related field is preferred.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Hindi proficiency is required; knowledge of English or other regional languages is an advantage.
* Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
* Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
* Comfortable working with calling and CRM tools.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates who have previously worked with **astrology platforms, astrologers, horoscope/Kundli services, spiritual consultation platforms, or astrology-based customer service/sales teams** will be preferred.
